There were 1,080 students enrolled in Winfree Academy Charter Schools in the 2021-22 school year, 15.4% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 50.5% of them were girls, and 49.5% were boys.

The most represented ethnicity among Winfree Academy Charter Schools students was Hispanic, accounting for 48.8% of the student population.

Winfree Academy Charter Schools roughly covers schools within Dallas County with its main office in Carrollton.

Among the six schools in Winfree Academy Charter Schools, Winfree Academy North Richland Hills recorded the highest enrollment of 229 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
