City of Hurst Utility Billing Department offers many payment avenues for its customers

The City of Hurst Utility Billing Department offers many payment avenues for its customers including pay by phone, pay online, a drive-up window and more. That being said, it is important to understand there are third-party websites that present themselves as a City of Hurst payment platform. A payment made through these third-party sites may get to the billing department much slower than if made on the City’s online payment platform and may also carry a large processing fee. The City’s online payment platform is free to use and does not charge a fee for payment made.

We recommend paying for your utility bill through our online portal available at hursttx.gov/payments or invoicecloud.com/hursttx, as shown on your bill. You can also set up an automatic draft so you never miss a due date. There is also the option of paying over the phone through our new Interactive Voice Response phone system by calling 817-788-7040 and selecting 1 or by coming in person to the Utility Billing office.

If you ever have a doubt, reach out! Staff is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
