City of Rowlett issued the following announcement on Feb. 18
The Arts and Humanities Commission is in the process of selecting a sculpture for Fire Station #2 and we would like you to be a part of the process.
On Wednesday, March 16 from 6-8 pm at the Rowlett Community Centre, you will have the opportunity to visit with the artists who are submitting design ideas for a sculpture. Community feedback will enable the Selection Panel to choose the right artist for the community and will enable the artist to produce a work that is truly reflective of Rowlett.
