Valuation for the median home in Carrollton decreased during August 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in August 2018 in Carrollton fell by $2,410 while total valuation decreased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 53 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $166,250 - a 1.4% decrease over the $168,660 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Carrollton in August 2017.
