Garland home valuations rose in August 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in August 2018 in Garland rose by $9,710 while total valuation increased by 12.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 345 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $137,720 - a 7.6% increase over the $128,010 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 307 homes sold in Garland in August 2017.
