What happened to the median home valuation in Garland during September 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2018 in Garland rose by $14,690 while total valuation increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 315 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $143,590 - a 11.4% increase over the $128,900 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 309 homes sold in Garland in September 2017.
