Carrollton median home valuations rose by 0.3% in October 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in October 2018 in Carrollton rose by $450 while total valuation increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $151,660 - a 0.3% increase over the $151,210 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Carrollton in October 2017.
