The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2018 in Sachse rose by $12,860 while total valuation decreased by 48.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $206,530 - a 6.6% increase over the $193,670 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Sachse in November 2017.
