Median home valuations in Richardson rose to $202,870 in December 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2018 in Richardson rose by $26,360 while total valuation increased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 123 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $202,870 - a 14.9% increase over the $176,510 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Richardson in December 2017.
