Valuation for the median home in Garland increased during December 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in December 2018 in Garland rose by $10,410 while total valuation decreased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 299 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $143,850 - a 7.8% increase over the $133,440 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 304 homes sold in Garland in December 2017.
