Addison home valuations fell in June 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2020 in Addison fell by $77,550 while total valuation decreased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $270,460 - a 22.3% decrease over the $348,010 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Addison in June 2019.
