The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2020 in Richardson rose by $22,150 while total valuation decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 117 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $255,450 - a 9.5% increase over the $233,300 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 151 homes sold in Richardson in June 2019.
