Rising home valuations in Carrollton in June 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2020 in Carrollton rose by $15,490 while total valuation decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 59 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $235,080 - a 7.1% increase over the $219,590 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Carrollton in June 2019.
