June 2020: Garland experienced a 0.5% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in June 2020 in Garland rose by $810 while total valuation decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 343 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $162,900 - a 0.5% increase over the $162,090 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 381 homes sold in Garland in June 2019.
