Richardson median home valuations rose by 5.5% in September 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in September 2020 in Richardson rose by $13,000 while total valuation decreased by 36.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 89 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $249,590 - a 5.5% increase over the $236,590 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Richardson in September 2019.
