Home valuations increased in Addison during November 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2020 in Addison rose by $39,555 while total valuation increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $315,100 - a 14.4% increase over the $275,545 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Addison in November 2019.
