November 2020: Sachse experienced a 5% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2020 in Sachse rose by $11,740 while total valuation decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $245,730 - a 5% increase over the $233,990 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Sachse in November 2019.
