The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2020 in Richardson fell by $9,690 while total valuation decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 86 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $236,405 - a 3.9% decrease over the $246,095 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Richardson in November 2019.
