Valuation for the median home in Rowlett decreased during November 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2020 in Rowlett fell by $6,210 while total valuation decreased by 49.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $220,610 - a 2.7% decrease over the $226,820 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Rowlett in November 2019.
