November 2020: Home valuations in Farmers Branch fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2020 in Farmers Branch fell by $7,910 while total valuation decreased by 51%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $204,790 - a 3.7% decrease over the $212,700 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Farmers Branch in November 2019.
