Carrollton home valuations fell in November 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in November 2020 in Carrollton fell by $12,840 while total valuation decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $175,370 - a 6.8% decrease over the $188,210 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Carrollton in November 2019.
