Home valuations increased in Addison during the fourth quarter of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Addison rose by $47,980 while total valuation decreased by 25.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $352,520 - a 15.8% increase over the $304,540 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Addison in the fourth quarter of 2017.
