The fourth quarter of 2018: Sachse experienced a 8.1% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Sachse rose by $15,845 while total valuation decreased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $210,860 - a 8.1% increase over the $195,015 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Sachse in the fourth quarter of 2017.
