What happened to the median home valuation in Richardson during the fourth quarter of 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Richardson rose by $33,030 while total valuation increased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 327 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $208,450 - a 18.8% increase over the $175,420 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 307 homes sold in Richardson in the fourth quarter of 2017.
