Garland median home valuations rose by 11% in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Garland rose by $13,955 while total valuation decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 832 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $140,710 - a 11% increase over the $126,755 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 860 homes sold in Garland in the fourth quarter of 2017.
