Falling home valuations in Addison in the second quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Addison fell by $18,165 while total valuation decreased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $319,180 - a 5.4% decrease over the $337,345 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Addison in the second quarter of 2019.
