Home valuations decreased in Sachse during the second quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Sachse fell by $3,450 while total valuation decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 64 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $234,870 - a 1.4% decrease over the $238,320 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Sachse in the second quarter of 2019.
