The second quarter of 2020: Rowlett experienced a 0.8% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Rowlett rose by $1,635 while total valuation decreased by 36.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 232 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $219,215 - a 0.8% increase over the $217,580 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 363 homes sold in Rowlett in the second quarter of 2019.
