What happened to the median home valuation in Carrollton during the second quarter of 2020?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Carrollton rose by $7,430 while total valuation decreased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 163 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $219,210 - a 3.5% increase over the $211,780 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 199 homes sold in Carrollton in the second quarter of 2019.
