Valuation for the median home in Farmers Branch increased during the second quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Farmers Branch rose by $15,220 while total valuation decreased by 25.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 124 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $206,415 - a 8% increase over the $191,195 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 166 homes sold in Farmers Branch in the second quarter of 2019.
