The second quarter of 2020: Home valuations in Garland fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Garland fell by $680 while total valuation decreased by 28.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 901 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $163,460 - a 0.4% decrease over the $164,140 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,259 homes sold in Garland in the second quarter of 2019.
