Wylie home valuations fell in the second quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Wylie fell by $44,740 while total valuation decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median home valuation of $99,660 - a 31% decrease over the $144,400 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wylie in the second quarter of 2019.
