How did home valuations perform in Addison during the third quarter of 2020?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Addison rose by $15,810 while total valuation increased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $348,860 - a 4.7% increase over the $333,050 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Addison in the third quarter of 2019.
