Median home valuations in Rowlett rose to $224,760 in the third quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Rowlett rose by $2,580 while total valuation decreased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 204 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $224,760 - a 1.2% increase over the $222,180 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 299 homes sold in Rowlett in the third quarter of 2019.
