Home valuations increased in Carrollton during the third quarter of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Carrollton rose by $16,235 while total valuation decreased by 30.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 132 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $207,265 - a 8.5% increase over the $191,030 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 190 homes sold in Carrollton in the third quarter of 2019.
