Rising home valuations in Addison in the second half of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Addison rose by $11,955 while total valuation remained unchanged with 76 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 76 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $309,620 - a 4% increase over the $297,665 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Addison in the second half of 2017, as well.
