The second half of 2018: Rowlett experienced a 12.7% increase in median home valuations

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Rowlett rose by $21,565 while total valuation increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 566 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $191,455 - a 12.7% increase over the $169,890 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 546 homes sold in Rowlett in the second half of 2017.
