What happened to the median home valuation in Carrollton during the second half of 2018?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Carrollton rose by $12,930 while total valuation decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 349 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,930 - a 8.1% increase over the $160,000 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 367 homes sold in Carrollton in the second half of 2017.
