Valuation for the median home in Farmers Branch increased during the second half of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Farmers Branch rose by $19,670 while total valuation increased by 28%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 265 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $166,550 - a 13.4% increase over the $146,880 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 207 homes sold in Farmers Branch in the second half of 2017.
