Wylie home valuations fell in the second half of 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Wylie fell by $13,805 while total valuation increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median home valuation of $73,240 - a 15.9% decrease over the $87,045 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Wylie in the second half of 2017.
