What happened to the median home valuation in Addison during the first half of 2020?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Addison rose by $2,050 while total valuation remained unchanged with 83 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 83 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $328,100 - a 0.6% increase over the $326,050 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Addison in the first half of 2019, as well.
