The first half of 2020: Home valuations in Sachse fell

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Sachse fell by $12,940 while total valuation decreased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 124 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $227,555 - a 5.4% decrease over the $240,495 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Sachse in the first half of 2019.
