How did home valuations perform in Carrollton during the first half of 2020?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Carrollton fell by $5,895 while total valuation decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 315 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $205,570 - a 2.8% decrease over the $211,465 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 348 homes sold in Carrollton in the first half of 2019.
