Rising home valuations in Garland in the first half of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Garland rose by $1,480 while total valuation decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 1,907 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $163,570 - a 0.9% increase over the $162,090 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,187 homes sold in Garland in the first half of 2019.
