Median home valuations in Wylie fell to $47,480 in the first half of 2020

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Wylie fell by $151,230 while total valuation decreased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median home valuation of $47,480 - a 76.1% decrease over the $198,710 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Wylie in the first half of 2019.
