2018: Home valuations in Richardson increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Richardson rose by $26,545 while total valuation increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 1,320 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $205,815 - a 14.8% increase over the $179,270 median valuation for the previous year. There were 1,251 homes sold in Richardson in 2017.
