Rising home valuations in Garland in 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Garland rose by $13,355 while total valuation increased by 4.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 3,567 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $140,740 - a 10.5% increase over the $127,385 median valuation for the previous year. There were 3,418 homes sold in Garland in 2017.
