Median home valuations in Wylie fell to $70,750 in 2018

The median assessed value of a home sold in 2018 in Wylie fell by $52,765 while total valuation remained unchanged with 14 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $70,750 - a 42.7% decrease over the $123,515 median valuation for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Wylie in 2017, as well.
