City Of Garland issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
Register now to participate in the Garland Library Blood Drive!
Appointments are available from 10 a.m. to 2:25 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, at the Central Library, 625 Austin St.
All successful donors will receive COVID-19 anitbody testing and will be entered for a chance to win a Chevrolet Trax.
