Garland High School issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.
Family members of English Learners can take classes through our Evening Study Center free of charge. We offer classes to improve English skills, a GED class and a Citizenship Preparation class in order to help support our parents and guardians in participating in their student’s schooling. Specific classes will offer additional support in Spanish and Vietnamese.
Classes are available every Monday and Wednesday from January to March with 20 classes total. Space is limited, so be sure to register before the Dec. 8 deadline.
